You’ll receive your proof by email, usually within 1–2 working days.
We’ll wait for your approval before printing — so please keep an eye on your inbox to avoid delays.

Most of our products are fairly intuitive in layout and design, so a proof isn’t usually necessary unless you’d like to double-check text placement or see how your photo will crop. You’re always welcome to trust our creativity — we handle each order with care and design judgement to make sure your piece looks its best.

If no proof is ordered, your design will follow the Default Design shown in the product photos and be printed automatically after our standard 1–3 day production time.

Details:
• One proof covers one product design (e.g., one ornament, one mug, one coaster)
• Includes one round of small edits (text placement or crop adjustments)
• For larger changes, we may recommend a new proof purchase
• Non-refundable once the proof has been created
